Log-on success requires correctly supplying these details:

A typing error in either field will cause your log-on to fail. A red error message will appear on your log-on screen if you have made a mistake.

As a security precaution, specific hints are not shown about which field to correct. Double check your input in both fields. Both are case sensitive.

User Name

Each user name and password combination is uniquely tied to you and your e-mail address.

Passwords

Passwords are case sensitive. The character set used to generate passwords has been selected to remove possible confusion between similar character forms. If you find an instance which still causes visual confusion in the font you use, please let us know.

Your browser's back arrow will NOT work!

If your user account is associated with more than one facility and you select facility A, reach its form or report page, but then decide to use back arrow to return to the logon page to reach facility B, your second selection will not perform correctly. You must log in separately for each facility.
